He has held senior leadership roles at major organisations including Supreme Education (part of Randstad) and Kelly Educational Staffing, and founded one of the UK’s first online teaching agencies, later acquired by Capita.

At People Dynamix, Gareth leads the overall strategy, focusing on sales, client partnerships, and long-term growth. His experience in both recruitment and technology continues to shape the company’s direction and success.

Edward Mercer is the Associate Director at People Dynamix, where he oversees operations and supports the delivery of the company’s strategic goals. He began his career in procurement before moving into continuous improvement recruitment, giving him a strong foundation in process and performance.

Since joining People Dynamix over 8 years ago, Edward has progressed through roles in projects, product, and SaaS development. He now focuses on driving efficiency, implementing scalable systems, and ensuring the business operates effectively across both its recruitment and technology divisions.

Becky Gray is the Senior Operations Manager at People Dynamix, responsible for the day-to-day running of the business and ensuring a high standard of service delivery. She has built her career within recruitment and logistics, progressing through roles including Recruitment Consultant, Contracts Manager, and Branch Manager.

Since joining People Dynamix, Becky has grown into a senior operational role, leading key areas of the business including temporary staffing and driving divisions. Her practical experience and organised approach make her central to keeping the business running smoothly.
